Aditya Thapa

Aditya began his piano studies with Mr. Kapil Singh, a passionate and insightful teacher from Darjeeling, and under Mr Suraj Mani Barmay during his college years at 19 years of age. He is currently studying with Neecia Majolly. Coming from a musical family he was surrounded by Nepali folk and Hindustani music since birth.
However, it was Western classical piano pieces that touched a deep nerve in his heart which impelled him to dedicate his life for the fluency and perfection of his craft.
Aditya has an Associate Diploma in Piano Performance from the Trinity College, London and has taught students of all ages and proficiencies. His goal as a teacher is to help his students have a profound experience of music and speak its language whilst developing a sturdy and secure technique.


Muna Joshi

Muna Joshi has been a Piano teacher in Bangalore for nearly 27 years.
She began teaching at The St. Marks School of music while it was under the leadership of Prof.D.K Sebastian. Prof.Sebastian also guided and mentored Muna while she trained for the ATCL (Associate of Trinity College, London) which she completed in the year 2000. Muna was also a music teacher at the Good Shepherd Music School for 20 years under Sister Christine Pinto.
She has completed her Masters in Environmental Sciences. Muna is one of the organists at the St. Andrew’s Church, Bangalore and helps out with regular worship services.

Machut Kasomwoshi

Machut is a singer, song writer and a guitarist. Hailing from Manipur, he developed his affinity for music since early childhood and started singing and performing at the age of 10. He received most of his early training in his church, participating in several events, camps and concerts. He kept performing at various competitions, joining a church choir and a worship team for 5 years to make better sense of music around him. He then started writing his own songs with the guitar. Later in order to understand music in a more theoretical and deeper level his real voice and authentic mode of expression, he decided to join a degree programme and completed Bachelor of Music in Music Education at The Bangalore Conservatory. He soon realised his love and became passionate about sharing the art in the form of teaching. Since 2017, he started serving as a western vocal teacher.
‘Music for me is a way to connect life and people. I feel and strongly believe that it can help people discover parts of themselves and their feelings, and their emotional selves through music. Music is universal and part of human life and it helps in emotional development and growth’.

Premkumar
Premkumar hails from Pondicherry and has a Licentiate of the Trinity College of London in Recorder. He is presently teaching at the Bangalore School of Music as a Recorder Teacher. He has more than 15 years’ experience as a teacher and performer, and is also one of the founding members of the Pondicherry Flute (Recorder) Ensemble. He has also performed alongside visiting musicians from Europe .
